Long story short.
I am an HR and Learning & Development professional with 13+ years or corporate career, including 7+ years in the UK, 4+ years of career consulting and a couple of years in the international recruitment industry.
Having moved to the UK in 2016 with a scholarship for Master’s degree I had to start my career here again almost from scratch. First I had to juggle my full-time studies with being a part-time intern, then I slowly started getting back to my true professional level and went on to build my profile - changing jobs, finding most relevant roles and companies, getting through redundancy and even increasing my salary x2 in one job move.
I enjoy my work, love my area of expertise, and I still enjoy the 9-5 corporate world. I also have lots of expertise and knowledge to share, so I am happy to help my you in figuring out your best next step and guide you in achieving your professional goals and satisfaction.

How I work with you in Career Consulting Sessions:
I rewrite your CV and cover letter together with you in the session and complete review between sessions.
I give you recommendations on your LinkedIn profile improvements, as well as recommendations on how to use LinkedIn for your networking outreach and proactive search of opportunities beyond applications.
I give a structure of interview preparation and can do a mock interview for practice.
I advice you on salary negotiation strategy, managing offers, notice periods, etc.
If you purchase a package of sessions I provide you additional support between the sessions via messengers to answer any questions you might have.
Within the packages of sessions I can offer you a mix of consulting and coaching to make sure we get to the right solution for your specific situation.
Depending on your need I give you pre-work and post-work between the sessions so that you can do some work on your own and come to the session with the most important and challenging questions to get the most value of our time together.
I guide you in your ‘proforientation’ including analysing your skillset and experience, your strengths and your preferences, the current market opportunities, potential career transition options.
I give you honest feedback on level of alignment of your expectations with the reality of the market.
I provide you advice on potential learning and development opportunities to enhance your professional profile.
I share my expertise and knowledge of the UK job market, applications and interview process.
Important consideration
While I am confident I can provide you all the knowledge and guidance outlined above (depending on your needs and amount of time we have together), the key step in securing your success is your own action and effort in your career transformation or job search.
I cannot do your applications for you and I can not attend your interviews for you. I cannot make a big change decision for you. I can not know what you want or don’t want to do. But I’ll do my best to help.
UK job market is not easy, and in order to find a good job you will need to spend a lot of time and energy in this process. Our mindset can hugely impact the process and outcomes of any process, let alone this energy-consuming and often frustrating process of job search with all its rejections and disappointments.
If for some reason you feel like you don’t quite know whether you do want this career change at all, if you don’t have enough motivation or perhaps you feel like you are not ready to move yet, I would recommend exploring your own thoughts, internal limiting beliefs and opportunities through coaching.
