As a part of my coaching and career consulting packages I offer an opportunity of a Psychometric assessments with a de-brief session with me as certified practitioner and coach.

Psychometric Assessments I offer

I can offer you 3 options of psychometric assessments - StrengthScope, DiSC and Strengths Profile.

  • Every assessment provides a detailed report (links to example reports in the table below) and includes a 1 hour de-brief session to discuss the report insights and action steps.

  • Each test requires a license and costs £150 including the assessment, report and de-brief session.

  • Before setting up the assessment I always arrange a short pre-call to clarify your needs and make sure we use the most relevant assessment for your situation.

StrengthScope

  • It focuses on identifying and maximizing your strengths and how they can be applied to achieve personal and professional success.

  • Find what brings you joy at work - focusing on what gives you energy and what drains it.

  • What strengths could be in ‘overdrive’ and causing negative effect on your interactions with others.

  • Recommendations on developing strengths to achieve peak performance

  • Optional 360 feedback (asking your colleagues and friends about how they perceive you).

DiSC

  • Focusing on personal style – your natural style of thinking, working and communicating.

  • Awareness of your priorities at workplace.

  • What motivates you and what are your stressors, your potential fears and limitations.

  • How your ‘style’ can interact effectively with other styles – how to connect with those whose priorities are different from yours.

  • This assessment categorizes individuals into four main behavioural styles (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness) to improve communication and teamwork.

Strengths Profile (with Career section)

  • Awareness of learned behaviours – what you are good at, but it drains your energy.

  • Awareness of unrealised strengths – what you are good at, but don’t quite use as much as you could, where is your potential to be even more successful.

  • It helps identify an individual's unique strengths and potential areas for development.

  • This report also provides a suggested list of most relevant career options based on the personal strengths. - This option is recommended for those looking to change career and choose their new professional path.

How does it work?


  1. We discuss your situation and expectation, to choose the most relevant assessment type.

  2. I set up your profile and you receive a link to your questionnaire.

  3. You spend 20-30min completing a questionnaire online at your convenience.

  4. I generate a report for you which we then discuss in the debrief coaching session, working through your insights, concerns, ideas and action points for your further development.

  5. After the debrief I send you the notes from our call so that you can reflect on these even more and follow your action plan.
